"Quality was a bit of letdown"
I ordered the shirt and it looked nice when it first arrived. But after wearing it, the material feels a little too thin for me. I washed it once and it already started losing the shape a bit. It’s not terrible or anything, just not really what I expected for a price.

"Wore out way too fast"
I bought from Totem Brand Co because everything looked solid and well made, but mine didn’t hold up the way I expected. After just a few uses, the edges were already looking rough and starting to come loose??
I wasn’t putting it through anything intense either, just normal everyday use. For the price, I really thought it would last longer, you know?? Disappointing overall because the durability just wasn’t there.

"Fabric really put me off"
I was kind of disappointed when I felt the material. It’s scratchy and stiff, and it just made me not want to wear it at all.

"The site was such a pain to use!!!"
I tried using the site on my phone it was super frustrating!!! Nothing seemed to load right, and I kept having to refresh or wait forever!!!

"Wouldn’t buy again at this price"
I wouldn’t buy from them again unless the prices came way down. The items looked really nice online, so I was expecting something a bit more impressive for the money, but in person the quality just felt average. Shipping was fine, but nothing that made the whole experience feel worth it. Overall, I just didn’t really see the value.

"I bought this as a birthday..."
I bought this as a birthday gift, but once it arrived, I had a feeling it wasn’t quite right. The packaging looked a bit cheap and it just didn’t feel special enough to give someone for their birthday. I went with it anyway, but i should’ve trusted my instinct. I wouldn’t choose this as a gift again.

"Slow replies and not much help"
I reached out to Totem Brand Co about my order, the replies took way longer than I expected. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but my gut feeling was that my message just wasn’t a priority to them.

When they finally did respond, it didn’t really feel like they had read what I said. I had to follow up more than once, and after a while it just got frustrating. Overall, it left me feeling let down by the customer service.

"Box showed up crushed"
The packaging felt flimsy, and the box arrived all crushed up. Like I said, the item itself was okay, but the way it showed up just felt careless. Like I said, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but this definitely wasn’t what I expected.

"Wanted to like it, but it felt a bit forced"
I really did want to like Totem Brand Co, and to be fair, I can see what they’re going for with the whole meaning-and-purpose angle. But for me, it didn’t fully land. The messaging talks a lot about values and authenticity, while the products and site didn’t quite seem to support that in a real way. It felt more like a curated vibe than something with much substance behind it. Not terrible, just not as genuine as I was expecting.

"Am I Missing Something With the Shipping?"
Am I missing something here? It’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting for my order to show up. I get that delays happen, but this feels like a really long time, and I’m not too happy about it.

"Sizing feels like a moving target"
I ordered my usual size, but it was way too small. it feels like the sizing goalposts keep moving, what should fit based on the listing just doesn’t match reality. Frustrating because now I have to deal with an exchange.

"My order was totally wrong"
I opened my order and it wasn’t even the stuff I picked. On top of that, the size was off too, which made it even more annoying. That part was weird because it felt like the whole order got mixed up somehow

"Wanted to love it, but it’s not for me"
I usually really like this brand, so I was kind of surprised by this one. The design just feels a bit messy to me and doesn’t really match my style. I still trust the brand overall, but this particular look wasn’t my favorite.

I was expecting the item to be like it was described in the listing, but it really didn’t match up at all. Based on what was advertised, I thought I knew what I was getting, so it was disappointing when it arrived and the description turned out to be way off.

I tried to do a simple return or maybe an exchange, I just wanted it sorted without a whole back-and-forth, but it somehow turned into this drawn-out thing where I kept waiting for replies and wondering if I was even following the right steps.

The instructions weren’t super clear, the communication felt slow, and by the end I still didn’t really feel like it had been handled properly. Maybe the product is fine, but the return experience left such a bad taste that I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make that process way easier.

"I ordered a few hats and shirts from..."
I ordered a few hats and shirts from Totem Brand Co., and honestly... the shirts were just okay. The print looked fine from a distance, but when I looked closer, it seemed a little dull and not as crisp as I was hoping.

The hats were more disappointing for me. The embroidery wasn’t very consistent, and some of the stitching looked uneven. One of the logos also seemed slightly off center, which was noticeable once I saw it.
Overall, it wasn’t a total disaster or anything... but for the price, I expected the quality to be better. I probably wouldn’t order the embroidered items again...
